[firebase-br] Error al Crear Trigger

Hola Lista
Cuando quiero crear el trigger de mas abajo:

me da el siguiente error:
can't format message 13:196 -- message file C:\Windows\firebird.msg not
found.

SQL error code = -804.
Feature not supported on ODS version older than 11.1.

tengo 3 bases de datos mas que no dan ese error y son exactamente iguales

Alguien me puede dar una ayuda?
